Satan

Satan is man’s enemy. He is a Jinn and was created from fire. He was created before Prophet Adam (p.b.u.h.). When Allah asked Satan to bow before Adam (p.b.u.h.), he refused due to his pride and arrogance and became the biggest enemy of man. He tries to lead man astray. Protecting oneself from Satan is done by avoiding bad and being close to Allah by worshipping Him with complete devotion and fulfilling religious obligations.
